I have a Charge 2.  I’d like to purchase a Luxe for my elderly mother, who does not have a phone.  I’d like to add her to my app, but I understand there are challenges to that.  Would it work for me to set up a family account?  Does that work with these two watches?  If I set her up, can I turn off notifications just on her device so she doesn’t get mine?  IOS

Hi @LorieFllr  the Family is for the Ace, a child's device. If you live close to your mother, you can share your phone, using her own email address/account. You'd just log in and out as your mom or you would need to sync. Yes, you can turn off notifications for your mom, using the app.
