Trying to connect my lux to a app. stridekick keep getting a 403 forbidden  code. The app Stridekick did connect to my Fitbit but then stopped. The Stridekick  app. I can do the weekly/weekend challenges  with friends, the fitbit had  done this before google took over.How can I get past this 403 Forbidden? Called Fitbit they were no help!!!

Hi @TracyBgame64 did you try to get with Stridekick's support?  If you're unable to get it to connect, you can always manually input your steps into Stridekick directly. I've had to do that at times when I didn't wear my Fitbit and took walks.
