551 calories burned in 4 minutes??

I started up the Workout function on my Luxe today and at the 4-min 9-second mark, my Workout tracker showed that I'd burned 551 calories since beginning the workout 4 minutes and 9 seconds beforehand. 😅  Not possible.

I've reached out to FitBit customer service via chat and submitted a ticket for help. The response I've received in both cases is an explanation of how calorie tracking works with a FitBit, and not an answer to why my Luxe glitched like this or if there's a way to fix it (and ensure it doesn't happen again).

Anyone experience this and/or know what the deal is? Thanks in advance for any feedback on this one!

Would have to see screen cap of workout log to try to make any sense of that.

Check your weight is not off by a decimal point.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I read your suggestion and was so certain that was it! LOL unfortunately that wasn't the error.  I'm attaching a screenshot of the issue. Maybe it's a clear answer and I'm just overlooking it. Thoughts?

Here is the workout summary. As you can see from previous workouts, I'm not nearly the athlete that today's workout error suggests that I am! 😆

Sorry, but that didn't help me make any sense of it.  I have no explanation.  My only other suggestion would be to look at the heart rate and energy graphs on the 2 tabs beside splits, but I don't see how it could be heart rate, even if totally bad readings.  But curious about the "energy" graph (cal/minute) if it shows such high numbers the first 4 minutes, though I doubt that would explain it anyway.

Thanks for the great suggestions. I'm at a complete loss, but this glitch hasn't occurred since Monday. The energy graph is below. A strange glitch, indeed!
