Wondering when fitbits will track for fasting?

@vcendo We have no idea when this will happen. As you can see, it was suggested way back in 2017. It says it's "under consideration" but it's been a long time, so there's no telling when or if this will ever happen.

@MarreFitbit , sorry to be 100% blunt with you. Fitbit deserves some honesty as I believe there are quite a few dedicated people working in the company.

 

Please note that Fitbit is steering way off course with regard to IF.  IF is the best health intervention one can do.  It's right up there with brushing your teeth.  Inform yourself.

 

If you don't support this with a well-designed integrated app, I'm starting to wonder about the companies mission statement - in what Fitbit is actually trying to accomplish.

I definitely want to see an Intermittent Fasting tracker with Fitbit. I was searching all through the app because I figured there had to be a way to track it. Please make this a feature! Also having the option to choose how to display the fast between “time fasted” and “time remaining”. Personally I would rather look at how much time I have remaining in my fast as opposed to time I have been fasting (which is what my other app displays) thank you!
