Just upgraded from an Inspire HR to an Luxe and am unfortunately forced to deal with “active zones” and the “active zone” bug. Despite being at cardio or peak for the better part of my 90 minute workout my luxe shoes all minutes below zones. However it shows the firmware is up to date. Pretty disappointed this appears to have been a known issues for over a year and my first day with a new device I am experiencing this issue. I also have not seen any solutions presented in other forum complaints, which is frustrating to put it mildly.

Hello @YesNoMaybe and welcome to the Help forum. There seems to be a weird quirk in the programming. This seems to happen to everyone when they switch from an active minute device to an active zone minute device. It also happens to users who get a firmware update that changes their device to an active zone minute device. Fortunately, it only lasts one day.
