Activities are duplicated after time zone change-Luxe

I have recently come back from holiday when the time zone changed, I have amended this when I returned however my Lux is duplicating my activity for the old time zone and the UK time zone. How can I resolve this please.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Luxe as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1648607945993.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
