Can we please add rucking to the list of exercises with an added weight section also?
I know a lot of people ruck and would be quite impressed by having this on their tracker. I also think that it would set the company apart and drive more sales. Please let's do it!

Hello @Tommytootall and welcome to the Help forum. Rucking is a variation of hiking, so hiking is the current best option for tracking rucking. Fitbit has a Feature Suggestion forum and this is the place where users can makes requests like your. Sadly, I don't expect it to go anywhere. Fitbit has only added one new exercise shortcut since creating the exercise app. Users have been asking for things like indoor rowing and badminton for years. Fitbit says they are not currently planned.
In addition, do not use the Outdoor Workout for rucking. Outdoor Workout isn't for step based activities. It is for things like kayaking and downhill skiing. With respect to you comment on the added weight in rucking, Fitbit estimates your calorie burn using your heart rate. Your heart rate will increase as your added weight increases.

LZeeW thank you so much for your quick reply and information. I felt like making a post because all the other posts I saw were so vague and misleading. I mean, I understand that the company doesn't have current plans to add this exercise but who can we talk to to make this a feature? I wish there was a poll system where the top 3 ideas per year would be implemented or brought to the board... idk... Thank you again for the info!
