I've seen several posts about resetting the Luxe. But I don't see any button to push.  Any help?

Hi @LuxeTaz  the button is actually on the original charger unit. It's a slight indentation on the usb part of the cable on the right side. You hold it in for a few seconds three times and you'll see the Fitbit logo flash on the screen of your Luxe. That is what is called restarting the device.

Welcome @LuxeTaz, to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank you @Odyssey13, for the explanation of the restart process.

As Odyssey has already provided information regarding the location of the button you were referring to, I would like to add a few additional details regarding the issue you are currently encountering.

If you are still able to see the green lights at the back of the device, it might be an issue with the screen. Restarting the device used to be the easiest way to get this type of inconvenience solved. I think you restarted your Luxe, so I suggest changing the clock face from the Fitbit App Gallery.

You can try this by following the instructions here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi there @LuxeTaz thanks for the update in your situation.

Based on what you mention in this thread, it seems the issue is related to the battery rather than the screen. With that in mind, I'll recommend trying the steps described in this help article. It would ask you to clean the charging contacts on your device and charging cable.

@Shawna1059 It is nice to see a new face in the community, and I'm glad to know the recommendations provided were helpful. @Odyssey13's post is already marked as the best answer, and I'm pretty sure it would help others with the same issue.
