Hi, @Unhappyforreals, welcome to the community, If you place your finger over the sensors on the back of your Lux for a couple of seconds and then remove it is the green LED flashing? If not you may have inadvertently turned HR off in settings. From the clock screen swipe down to & touch settings>swipe up to heart rate & ensure the slider is in the "On" position.
Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

The heart rate function is turned on, works fine with out it being dimmed/ changing to red and white on the playful clock face with the always on display mode on. It was 100 percent something wrong with the new update. I went out and got another luxe and returned the old one, didn’t do the update for it. Works perfectly fine as mine did before the update.
I guess I just won’t update it for a fix on that issue lol, the new update had increases in battery life since that was an issue, I am assuming that function is one of the things they cut out to help increase the battery life. Either on purpose or by accident in the new firmware. Seems like a lot of people don’t use the always on feature to allways be able to see their heart rate with out turning your rust or taping. Just unfortunate that was the whole reason I got it in the first place since I am on adderall and I need to keep an eye on my heart rate if I’m drinking caffeine or anything.
I put some pictures on this one to of it so people know what I’m talking about.
