Anyone else having issues with the bracelets for the Luxe?

I did the preorder of the Luxe. Was super excited to get only to be let down. I even ordered the fancy gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet only for not one but 2 to be defective. Not only that, Fitbit had them so long (like 40 days and their refund policy is 45, like how does that even work when you had it longer than I did) they are now refusing to refund me my money for the bracelet that is completely useless. It’s disconnected so many times I’ve almost lost it a few times in my house. I honestly think the whole design is defective. Anyone find a band that actually will stay connected so it can be worn out the house without fear of losing it?

There are a lot of complaints about the Gorjana band/beacelet and I experience the same issue. See other topics. The silicon band does not come loose, but just like you, I bought the Luxe especially for the Gorjana bracelet.

My luxe bracelet keeps just coming unattached and falling off. Not a great design at all. I never had this problem with my Versa. Is this a common fault?

I think so ☹️, in any case with the Gorjana bracelet. There are several
posts concerning this issue.
