Anyone have luxe charging/battery issues?

Have had  4 or 5 fitbits over the years without any major issues.   Until now.

 

Anyone else having Luxe battery issues?    I do not use any alarms, notifications, or timers.   Had it less than a month and now having to charge it fully and charge lasting less than 24 hours.

 

Called Fitbit to report the issue and get a replacement.  They have a policy to mail it back, goes ground(a week to California), then processing, and then mailed back.  So at least 10 days without a product.  

 

I tried to file a formal report to quality dept and they would not provide the info or escalate beyond a supervisor.  Not a helpful call center (in Jamaica/ apparently offshored).

 

Most companies send a new one if product is defective and under the warranty period and then the customer is required to send back the original or be charged for it.   Pretty standard customer service in the marketplace.  This is a questionable policy for defective products and not competitive to other products on the market.

Yes, I'm experiencing something similar. My Luxe only holds a charge for a day or two. I don't have any help for you, but misery loves company. 😉  Thankfully, I purchased mine at Costco, and plan to return it for a new one to see if I have the same issue. Not impressed.
