App not showing charge percentage during sync

Until a couple of days ago the app would show me the devices charge percentage while syncing. That was a SUPER handy feature, given that the apps estimates are woefully inaccurate. Plus, I could do a sync while the Luxe was charging to figure out if it was ready to be put back on.

How do I get that back?

Hi @BDPlatt  I have the Luxe and that hasn't happened to me. I can see the battery percentage on the app while syncing or charging. It lets me sync while charging, too. My phone is Android system 9

Turns out I needed to reset both the Luxe, and my iPhone to get the charge
percentage back.

Wonderful news @BDPlatt  the restart of the Luxe usually takes care of glitches. Glad it's working for you now.
