App stopped displaying stress management score

I'm missing the last 3 days of Stress management score. I've been wearing my watch consistently. Normally when the stress management score isn't being reported (this has happened before) I can clear the cache of the app and that fixes it, but not this time. I also tried restarting my phone, my Luxe, reinstalling the app, adding removing the tile... Nothing works. There was a Fitbit server outage on Thursday morning so I didn't think much of it at first, but now it seems like too much of a coincidence, like something broke after the outage. Other users in the Charge 6 forum are reporting this issue as well.
