I have received a Luxe for Christmas but it is faulty. On contacting Fitbit support I have been instructed to remove the wrist band, package up the device, drive 8 miles to a depot in order to return it to the Netherlands while losing a month of my subscription. This is not acceptable to me as they have sold me a defective product which is not fit for purpose and as such is covered by UK law, ( and I am sure EU law) so why do they think that the law doesn't apply to them?
