Are there silent alarms on Fitbit Luxe?

One of the best and most used features of all trackers is the silent alarm, why is this not included with new Luxe? If I had realised I would not have purchased. Will go back to using my 3 year old Alta HR.

Hi there, @JRCallie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I understand how important is to you to have silent alarms on your Fitbit Luxe.

For Fitbit Luxe, set alarms on your device. For instructions, see On-device. To do so, follow the steps below:

• On your device, open the Alarms app. You see your next scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
• Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to see this option if you already created multiple alarms.
• Swipe up and down to choose the time, and tap to select it. Tap am or pm.
• Choose to turn on Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.
  • Alarms that use the Smart Wake setting have a different icon than the other alarms on your device.
• Choose the days you want to be alerted.
• Save your alarm by swiping right to see your alarms.

Thanks for replying. I see the app but am unable to swipe up or down or
change/set/delete the alarm shown. No response from alarm app.
I have deleted all alarms on my Alta HR which is still installed on my
phone, which is a OnePlus 6T. Please see attached screenshots. Any further
guidance would be appreciated.

@JRCallie I'm afraid the screenshots didn't go through. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello, im reading the thread but still not sure if the FitBit luxe has a silent alarm? i need to purchase one however this is the most important feature i need.

thanks! i purchased the Charge 5. they said it has ECG tracker but cannot find it even after checking the app/assessment&reports. 

how do i get it installed?
