My luxe is set to Auto Screen wake. When I flip my wrist on my right hand it works (the screen automatically turns on), but it down not work on my left hand - which is hand I prefer to wear as it’s my non dominant hand.

When it’s on my left hand the only way to turn it on is tap the screen.

Hi, @jnas , it takes a little time to get the technique to get your Fitbit to auto turn on.  It sounds like your dominant, right hand has mastered it, but your left hand doesn’t quite have the technique down.  I would suggest practising with the Luxe on your left hand, lifting it slightly, and giving it a slightly exaggerated quick flick towards you.  If you keep trying this a few times I expect you will get the hang of it.
