Bought original fitbit Luxe in 2022. It went out in July of 2023. It was still under warranty so the replaced it. Great, right? Here we are almost exactly a year later and it has done the exact same thing. Instead of the new Luxe having a warranty, they tell me I have to buy a new one, at 35% off. A discount sounds great, even though I really feel like having the exact same thing happen a year later is BS. Go to the Google site to just see what it would cost for a new one because I'm not an unreasonable person and the same exact one is $199.99 and NOT EVEN IN STOCK. 35% is like $130ish. I can get a new one at freaking Walmart or Amazon for $130. Discount, my **ahem**! I loved my fitbit. The size, the step tracker and I have all the bands for this specific one. I don't carry my phone with me everywhere I go so it wouldn't accurately track my steps. I'm not an apple girl so that's why I got the fitbit. But of course, they tell me that the warranty expired and even tho it's already been replaced once for DOING THE EXACT SAME THING, they didn't offer a warranty on the new product. Very frustrating. Like I know warranties are what they are for a reason but how can you sell a product that literally went out almost a year to the day that the first one I did! And then to offer me a discount but actually charge more so I'm not actually getting a discount at ALL!? I'm upset. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that there was no one else I could talk to. That they would have a higher up send me an email and guess what? They send me an email stating that since the warranty expired they won't do anything and if I want one, I will have to buy a new one. So unless I want to have to buy all NEW accessories, I'll have to pay full price for it at a different location because their 35% on a $200 product is pure BULL**ahem**.
