Band Detaching

Three times in the last ten days, the band on my Luxe has come detached from the device. Though it has stayed inside my sleeve each time, warm weather is coming, bring short sleeves and exposed arms. Am I doing something wrong when attaching it to the device? I hear an audible click when I attach it to the Luxe.

Hi, @xtina724, welcome to the community, you may like to look closely at the fitting in the pebble, sometimes it becomes contaminated with debris & pocket lint that stops it from working freely. I suggest you remove both bands (by pressing the button on the pebble) and flush out the fittings with warm soapy water. Once you have dried the parts verify the buttons move freely, and replace the bands (the buckle goes into the top & the punctured strap into the bottom) As you note you should hear a "click" and as a precaution give the band a "tug" to ensure it is properly engaged. I assume you are using a  Fitbit band, bear in mind third party bands may not be as well engineered or fit as snugly as they should.

I hope this is helpful.

Cheers
