Battery charging and sleep tracking

I have had my Luxe for about 4 or 5 weeks. It worked fine until a week ago. The battery went dead after 3 days of it's last charge. According to the paperwork the battery life is supposed to be 5 days in between charges. Tonight, makes the 3rd consecutive night that I have to charge my Luxe.  It also is not tracking my sleep patterns or times. I am not happy with the Luxe. I wish I never ordered it.

If you use GPS or have “always on” display activated, that can zap your battery pretty quickly. Some other tips for battery life are available this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

You can also try resetting the device to see if that helps.
- Swipe down from the clock screen to Settings and Restart Device > Restart

- If the above doesn’t work, connect to charging cable and press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses.

Hello:

I do not use GPS and the sleep mode will not stay on so my sleep does
not record. I do not have the setting to always on. I just charged my
battery again for the 4th night in a row. I have done the restart 8 times
in the last 4 days. I am beginning to think that I was sent a refurbished
product. I am not happy with the Luxe at all.

I have the same problem and am so disappointed. I had another Fitbit and wore it out so I bought a new one. I’ve had it about 6 months and never wear it now because it is always dead and Won’t track my sleep either. The cheaper one worked so much better.

Hello:

I actually still have my Charge 2, which they do not make anymore. I never
had a problem with it except for the bands. They always made my wrist sweat
and I hated it. I have now gone back to it. I am going to request a refund
from Fitbit.
