Battery charging fault-Luxe

I usually get 5 days use from my fitbit luxe, which is great. For the last 2 times charging my Luxe the charge has stopped and the battery required charging again the next day? While charging my battery again now, attached to USB port on my computer I felt vibrations on my desk and the notification on Luxe said something like battery not charging reattach charger. it is charging now but is this a known issue with the charger? I have owned and loved my Luxe for 5 months and this is the first issue I have had with it. Can you help me? Thank you V.

I'm having same problem and the link you supplied doesn't even cover the Luxe, we're you aware of that?

Only had it a week, the battery kept saying 53% on both watch and app, it's now dead and not sure it's charging.  Idea?

Hello

Thank you for your assistance but I still believe I have a battery issue for a new device I have to reset it every few weeks. The battery always charges to 100% and gives me 5 days "usually" every couple of weeks it will randomly drop the charge after 2 days and need re-charging or stops working and needs re-setting. My previous Alta HR was re-set once in its life span and my Luxe is only 6 months old

The estimated battery life for the Fitbit Luxe is up to 5 days. Battery life and charge cycles vary with use and other factors; actual results will vary.
