Brand New Fitbit Luxe Unresponsive

The Luxe only shows a black screen. It flashes a logo sometimes for about 1 second but when I try to set it up I can’t see the digits that supposedly are on my device’s display. It connects to my device well but I can't pair it as I can't see the numbers on the screen. I’m currently charging it and there’s still nothing on the screen. I’ve tried restarting it but nothing has worked, please help me!

Hi, @jmbs, welcome to the community, I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" here use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. You should be ready for a number of detailed questions on the steps you have taken and how the "Lux" did/did not respond, it may not be a short call. Good luck.

Before contacting Support I'd advice you to have a look at this: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Keep in mind, that as with all electronic devices, it's always recommendable to charge the device fully before using it.
