My setting setup was to wear on my left wrist. Can I switch to right wrist? Is there a setting to do that or will it not affect my readings?

Hi, @MarlyRob72 , it really won’t make very much difference, or effect your readings a lot, but if you wear it on your dominant wrist, and set it that way, it will be a little less sensitive to hand movements. If you wear it on your non dominant hand and set it that way it will be a little more sensitive.
There is a setting in your app.
On your Fitbit app from the opening, Today, screen click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the Account screen. On the account screen click on your Fitbit picture (Luxe). On the Luxe screen near the bottom you will see “wrist placement”. You can choose “dominant” or “non dominant”.
Non dominant is the standard setting, as most people wearing a watch if they are right handed they wear it on the left hand and vice versa.
You do not need to tell the truth! Basically choosing “non dominant” is the standard setting. If you choose “dominant” it will be slightly LESS sensitive to hand movements (that makes sense: you will be using your dominant hand more so you might get extra false steps unless you tell your Fitbit that that is where you wear it. I happen to “talk” a lot with my hands, so I always choose the dominant setting (even though I actually wear it on my non dominant hand) because I get fewer false hand “steps” that way.
That’s probably more info than you need! The short answer is wear it on either wrist. Depending on whether you seem to be getting too many false hand “steps” (not really steps but hand movements) make sure the setting is to dominant, wherever you wear it . If it is missing real steps, set it to non dominant, wherever you wear it.
I hope this makes sense! Welcome to the forums.

Hi @MarlyRob72 sure, you can easily change it.
Make sure your wrist setting in the Fitbit app matches the wrist you wear your device on (dominant or non-dominant).
and tap your profile picture.
Dominant or Non-Dominant.
