Can I have two Fitbit Luxe paired to my Fitbit account?

Hi, I am wearing my Luxe pretty much non-stop, it is very light and thin. The problem is charging, whenever I need to charge it, I forget it and there is alway this big break on my stats, so I bought a second luxe, but I cannot introduce it as a device, it is forcing me to replace the existing one, what a dull situation!? In some forums it was said alternating is possible, but do I need to keep re-introducing the one I am gonna wear?

Hi @NiluferSch Yes u fortunately you can't have two Luxes on one account.the only way to do it is, as you say, set up the second one as a new tracker each time you swap. Which is a pain! It might be easier to get your charging sorted somehow. I check my tracker each evening before I go to bed and if it is below 50% I charge it. It only takes an hour or so so I do it while I am sitting down reading, which I do ea h night before bed. Look for a time of day when you are sedentary and make a habit to check the charge at that time each day and charge if needed.

Hi @NiluferSch  the only way to use both of them is to alternate them as your current device. After syncing #1, replace it with #2. You'd set up #2 as a replacement device on an existing account. Then when you're ready to switch, sync #2 and set up #1. There is no other way to do this. Why don't you use the time you take a shower or are sitting quietly to charge your device? That way, you don't lose any steps and you keep it charged up. It's what I do with my Luxe.

Hmm ok very practical 😕 it feels like bit misleading advertising to me..

I could totally do what you suggest except that I really don’t like my daily schedule dictated by my watch’s battery life… only if it would tell me, listen it make sense to charge me in the next 12hours… smth like that… 😉 so I can plan bit.. I have too many devices to track the battery life…
Thanks for your answer, anyway this was very helpful and time-saving for me 🙂

ok I see.. except I already own two Luxe's now because of this slightly misleading advertising which made think for a second "hey there is a pain I can get rid of.. !" but I could not... I introduced another pain instead, keep reintroducing the other to the app... Honestly if it wasn't the thinnest nicest looking tracker, I would have switched to another brand... so.. regarding the charging it is nice to hear you are organised... I just have too many devices to take care of all batteries all the time... it feels so unnecessary... life should be easier... 😉
