Hey everyone,
I had a versa, and when I did indoor cycling I could use my Fitbit app on my iPhone to watch my heart rate zones.
I can’t figure out how to do this on my Luxe 😞
This is the one thing I wanted from my Fitbit because it was also hard to do this on my Apple Watch…. But it was possible. So now Im wearing two devices like a dork. Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MichellePeglar.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.
You can receive heart-rate zone notifications on your Tracker. For instructions on how to turn them on, please visit this article and open the menu "Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?".
Have a nice day.

Thanks for your response, @MichellePeglar.
You should be able to see the heart-rate zones in the Resting heart-rate tile in the Fitbit app whilst you're working out. I just did a test and it is working fine. Please make sure GPS and Bluetooth are turned on and Allow Location Access is set to Always or All the time for the Fitbit app on your phone. In addition, please check that Live Data is enabled in your Fitbit account > Luxe.
Have a nice day.
