Hi, please I would appreciate any help.
I purchased my Luxe in April, and have since not ben able to figure out how to add more than 6 exercise shortcuts. When I go to both the exercise shortcuts area on the dashboard and the app, it says 'fitbit fully loaded, remove some exercises to add more'. However, my friend who purchased the Luxe in November, so less than 6 months prior, has 16 exercise shortcuts on her fitbit.
I am wondering if either I am trying to add these shortcuts wrong, or if fitbit slyly changed this feature in between those months. No where in their product specifications online does it mention only allowing up to 6 exercise shortcuts. As someone who swims, runs, boxes, spins, cycles, rows, hikes etc. I need to be able to add more than 6 shortcuts please help thanks!

Hi there, @millieshee0600. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand your concern, I will be glad to clarify your inquiry.
Please note that the list of exercise shortcuts will be sorted automatically based on your most selected exercises. Meaning, the more you use an activity, it will be shown at the top of the list. However, there is no way to do this manually. Keep in mind that this applies for Charge 5, Charge 6, Inspire 3, Luxe, Sense series, Versa series, and Google Pixel watch series.
Regarding your friend Fitbit device, maybe your friend has another Fitbit model that is similar to the Fitbit Luxe in looks and that model still has the ability to edit the shortcuts. For more information, see Can I change or order the exercises on my Fitbit device?
In addition, since your Luxe is pretty new, please make sure it's already updated. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi Maria
Thankyou for your response. But the issue I am having is not the order than the exercise shortcuts appear in - the issue is more the fact that I only have SIX exercise shortcuts and cannot add more.
My friend definitely has a Luxe and has 16 exercise shortcuts.
I have ensured my fitbit is updated.

@millieshee0600 I have a Luxe and I hope this explanation will help. Please tap on your device battery icon on the upper left of you Fitbit app, then your Luxe tile. Verify that your firmware version is 20001.194.91. This firmware update put all the shortcuts on the Luxe, but my iOS app still has the Exercise shortcut option on it. Please swipe left/right to the Exercise app on your Luxe. Swipe up. It should show several shortcuts, then an orange MORE option. Tap on it to find the rest of your shortcuts.
I don't know why my app still has the Exercise shortcut option.

No. I have the exact same issue. I had the Fitbit luxe and when I wanted to start an exercise there were 10+ choices. However, I bought one for my wife and she only has 5. I can’t figure out why. Seems like this needs to be escalated.

My firmware ends in 151.16. How do I update the firmware? I just bought the Fitbit luxe a few days ago from the Google store. Did they send me an old version?

@Daniesan If you just bought the Luxe a few days ago, then it has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Fitbit is constantly rolling out firmware updates to newly activated devices constantly. Most users get theirs within a few days of activation. Fitbit is also rolling out updates on three other devices, too.
