Hi there why can't I change luxe watch face in Fitbit app. Can't access the settings too.

To change the clock face on your Luxe, please make sure to follow the steps provided in this help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

As for the settings, do you refer to the settings on your Luxe or the Fitbit app? If you're referring to the Luxe itself, please restart it by following these steps.
