Can't change the bands on my Luxe

Tried to switch bands for the first time and spent over 40 mins struggling. Barely got the original bands back on by the end of it.

@Spinach27 What is the issue? Like it’s just not latching? I have had a lot of Fitbits and the Luxe has been the easiest band to change by far, so interested to hear how it is malfunctioning for you.

Yeah I love it too! Much better than the inspire 2 I used to have. I bought a different style of band and went to put it in and the little tab that you push up doesn’t close back in place so the band keeps falling out. Tried it in my moms Luxe and it was so quick and easy so I don’t know what’s wrong with mine.
