Can't change the bands on my Luxe

I got new “fashion” bands for Christmas but I can’t seem to get the original band off. I’ve tried to pull them off by the sides and have tried to push the little buttons on the back near the band to no avail. So any ideas for me? I really want to try the new bands!

Hi there, @tswortham65. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're having inconveniences to switch the bands on your Luxe. I'll be glad to help you to try the new bands you got for Christmas!
