Can't change the screen wake option on my Luxe

Hello,

I am unable to select "Automatic" from the "screen wake" setting. It's stuck on "Manual".

I have tried restarting twice and the issue still persists. This is in addition to the Luxe getting stuck with only the timer screen available unless I reset via the power adaptor.

Should I try and get a replacement, or is this something fixable.

Hi there, @MJDalton. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out I understand where your concern is coming from.

It seems like you have your Luxe in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

This did not work for me.  I entered a sleep schedule and it still stuck on manual.  Do you have anything else that will fix it?
