I am unbale to connect my Versa 2 and the new Luxe device to the same account. I thought this was possible

Yes I am very disappointed. I had the Charge 2 and Charge 4 and both worked fine with the multi tracker. My Charge 2 died and I purchased the Charge 5 and now the multi tracker no longer works - I was told the higher end models with the Gallery feature no longer allows the multi tracker to work. This doesn't make any sense to me - there is no motivation then to purchase multi higher end products - isn't that counterintuitive to wanting to grow your sales???
