Can't connect my Fitbit Luxe and Versa to the same account

I would like to be able to use my versa and  my new luxe on my one account, but there's a problem, I can't. Can you fix this  please?

Hi there, @J_M_F. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.

Hi @J_M_F  there is no fix for this, sorry to say. If the Fitbit you have also uses the Fitbit Gallery to get other clock faces, it can't be used with another Fitbit that uses it. If you're really wanting to use both, you'll need to log out of the Versa and set up the Luxe and vice versa, each time you want to use the other one. It's not the best workaround, but it is the only one that will work.
