I can remove Menstrual Health from Today on the Fitbit app, but I don’t want to see it on the watch itself when I swipe through my other stats

There is a feature suggestion already created for this and several people have voted for it. You should go vote for it here - Fitbit uses this feedback to prioritize future updates.

Hi there, @lisampinto. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please note that the menstrual health tracking app cannot be deleted from your Luxe. Now that you've deleted all your periods in the Fitbit app, you won't get any notification on your Luxe or Fitbit app regarding menstrual health. Though, the tile will remain on your Luxe.
Hope this clarifies your inquiry.

This answers the question but is removing the tile going to be considered? Many womxn don’t want or need to see or scroll through this information and it wasn’t on the Charge, so I know it can be done.
