I got the luxe because it was simple, I'm new to fitness trackers...I don't want features I won't use and I really needed a wearable that wouldn't get in my way when sleeping.
I thought the reason the alarms I set didn't work was because I didn't finish the process (although I saw the 'alarm saved' screen appear for each one). However, now that I've set an alarms that appears to be actually saved, I see below that alarm '7 alarms set'...I'd like to delete those, but I've tried swiping down and tapping and nothing happens.
Is there another way to access the alarms set, or is the only way on the device? If so, then how can I get rid of those 7 alarms?
Update: OOps, the '7 alarms' was not indicating alarms that had been set, it was indicating how many remaining alarms were possible...(I set an alarm for 12 pm and noticed that the text updated to 6 alarms.

On the Luxe.
You may also tap the alarm time and adjust to a new time.

Hi there, @Gigi334. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand where your concern was coming from. I'm glad to hear you found out what was happening.
For future references, please note that for Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa series, set alarms on your device. For instructions, see On-device. And like our other devices (except for Zip) all Fitbit devices can set up to 8 alarms.
To turn off an alarm, open the Alarms app > tap the alarm > turn the alarm off.
To delete an alarm open the Alarms app > tap the alarm > tap the trash icon or Remove. You may need to swipe up to see this option.
See you around, have a nice day!

I too am having this problem with my alarm on my Luxe. I tried to delete the alarm ap as instructed but I do not have either a trash icon nor a Remove when I go into the alarm ap. This is very frustrating.

Hi there, @Mkronzon. Welcome on board. Thanks for trying to follow the tips and recommendations I've provided above.
If you're still having difficulties to delete an alarm on your Luxe, please restart your device and then, try once again the steps I recommended here or the ones that @Rich_Laue has suggested. .
Hope that does the trick.

Thanks for the info. I have tried all of the above multiple times. The best that I have done is to get the alarm to go off one time. I believe I read somewhere in a Community Post that it might help to delete the actual Alarm Ap. I was actually looking for advice on how to delete the Alarm Ap and not just an alarm. I was not clear in my original post.
The countdown timer works fine. It is just the alarm that will not stay set.

I'm not sure if the alarm app may be removed your user manual does not have a section on managing apps.
So let's go to the online help. Page 24 does give instruction on managing alarms.
