Can’t feel vibration for reminder to move on luxe model

Even after turning the vibration setting from normal to strong it’s very hard to distinguish such a subtle double buzz at ?:50 reminding me to move. After trouble shooting with the Fitbit online chat I only just noticed the vibration when I was actively waiting for it to happen, it’s just too subtle to notice when you’re busy and not waiting for it

Hi @Tubs961 I am sorry you can't feel the vibration on your Luxe. I also have a Luxe but have no trouble feeling the reminder to move.

It’s such a feint vibration and it’s in strong setting so I don’t know my daughter has tried to sort it for me but it’s not doing it’s job properly so I may return it as it was a lot of money to pay for it not to work ok,
