I have Premium membership with my Luxe device and when following the prompts to get to “Detect snoring and noise levels”, all it shows is “sensitive” or “normal”. There is nowhere it says Detect snoring.

As LZeeW mentioned, the Luxe doesn't have the feature to detect snoring.
How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
The menu that you are describing, is regarding your sleep pattern. More about this setting can be found here: What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?

@Livvyloo I don’t understand why you are seeing this option. The Luxe doesn’t have snore and noise detection. It doesn’t have the hardware.
