Can't find Fitbit Luxe in soft gold/white

Hi, I'm looking to replace my Fitbit and cannot seem to find Fitbit Luxe in soft gold/ white at any retailer. Has this colour strap been discontinued?

Hello @HewM and welcome to the Community.  Another user recently asked the same question and a moderator answered that it hasn't been discontinued.  I have a personal feeling that it has.  It isn't listed as being on back order.  It isn't available.  Just one opinion.

@HewM If you are in the US, Amazon has the Soft Gold/Lunar White option you are looking for. You might try other retailers too like Target, Best Buy, etc.

I just bought mine on Monday at my local Wal-Mart.  Having issues with it not giving me texts notifications though.

I’m sorry to hear this, but am not really surprised. If you can, I would suggest returning it to Walmart and get your money back. If not, troubleshoot the problem with Fitbit Customer support so that you have a case number on file with them and can get a replacement. Fitbit really need to do better with this product. They must be aware of the number being replaced  under warranty, and - like my own - being thrown in the garbage soon after the warranty expires. I really enjoyed my Luxe for the 1.5 years that it worked. But I’d rather pay more for a competitive brand that’ll last longer instead of replacing my Fitbit every year and a half. Yes I have a case, I did the chat and couldn't be helped, the case hasn't been answered. I sent multiple screenshots.  I will return here in a couple of days if they don't answer.  I have an apple watch, I just wanted something a little more dainty.. But definitely need reliability so will have to go back to it.

I just bought one from the Google Store.  $106 something total with free shipping.  Your tax may be different.

I was wondering is the Fitbit legit? I’ve looked everywhere online at the Walmarts around me and macys, Best Buy, and Amazon and the luxe lunar white is sold out on every single site, is the google store a legit watch ? Thank youuu

Hello @Lucygrace1111   Fitbit is a Made by Google product and it is a legitimate site.  You can buy Google phones. tablets, earbuds, Nest doorbells, and Fitbits.
