I do not have the settings icon on my luxe, I’ve scrolled through all and it doesn’t appear anywhere? Also cannot get the step count to appear on the Fitbit app on my iPhone?

Hi there, @Lorraine40. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If the issue persists, to find the settings on your Luxe, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

As for the step tile, please try the following steps:

 

  1. On the Today tab > tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.
