Can't have Luxe and Inspire HR on the same phone

I purchased the Luxe that arrived today to use as my "dress" watch.  I was planning to keep my Inspire HR as my "everyday" watch that I would wear in the pool and during other exercise activities.  How disappointing that my phone is giving me the option to switch to the Luxe from the Inspire HR.

Hello @Carol39 and welcome to the Help forum.  This multi-tracker limitation started when Fitbit created the App Gallery for apps and clock faces.  It wasn't such a big deal, because most users were upgrading from a Fitbit without the App Gallery.  Now there are many more users like you (and me) who want to have a dressy Fitbit like the Luxe and their older Fitbit for exercise and chores.

It would be reassuring to know that there are Fitbit software engineers who are losing sleep trying to fix this.

Thanks for understanding this unfortunate situation.

I would gladly give up the choice of clock face to have my devices sync. I certainly do not want to wear my fancy new luxe bracelet to garden. I would not have bought had I known.

I am returning it today!  I had the unfortunate experience of the request saying it had to be returned by June 5.  Since I received it on June 18, I had to go through the chatbox to straighten it out.  Back to my trusty Inspire HR.

I have the same problem with Charge 3 and the new Luxe.  I wanted to be able to use both!  I hope someone at Fitbit fixes this soon.

I just returned from the post office after shipping it back. When they
figure it out, I may purchase it again.

I just returned mine.  I may repurchase it when they figure it out.

I am hoping they can figure it out because I really like the way the Luxe looks.  I would love to be able to go back and forth like I did between Charge 3 and Alta HR.  I did a chat session and they said right now there is no way to use both the Charge and Luxe.
