Can't log food on app

I enter the food name, but it goes blank when I enter the quantity. How do I fix this....tried restarting &  reinstalling app. Didn't work.

Simular, but different?

When I enter/select a food, it shows for that day BUT it does not update calories in, nor does it show on the main app screen.

I've tried reboots, deleting app & reinstalling it.  It keeps happening!

I'm on a Luxe with newest update.

I think this software update is VERY glitchy!!

Started having the same issue this evening 😒  The app appears to be saving entries when I log food but the number of calories in vs calories out is totally off! Anyone have any idea how this can be fixed!?

I'm working the problem w/fitbit support.When get resolve, I'll definitely let y'all know!!They've had me delete the app (fitbit) and re-install it 3 times.It's definitely a glitch in last software "upgrade".BTW what device are you using?Android or what?Hang in there!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
