I signed up for the wrong app. It wasn’t for a Fitbit lux so I deleted it got the right one, but it won’t let me sign up because it said I’m still signed up to the one I deleted don’t know what to do from here please help.

As @Odyssey13 has asked, would you mind giving us more details of the issue? Please note there's only one Fitbit app you can use either on Android or iOS device. However, if you're referring to a Fitbit account, I'd like to know if you used to have a previous Fitbit account with another Fitbit device, but now that you have a Luxe you want to start from scratch?
Please note you can do all of the following tasks without deleting your Fitbit account:

Hi @Fishermansteve there is only one Fitbit app. So can you tell us just what you did as best you can, step by step?
