If you don't receive the email, it's possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your email folders. For more information, see How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?

Having the same issue - my app keeps crashing (I'm using a Samsung 8 Android phone) and when I try to log in via my PC, it first tells me to login via Google (I've updated my account to link to Google). I can log into my Google account but don't see my FitBit info? Uninstalled the app from my phone, went to the Google Play store, reinstalled the Fitbit app, I get the "Take the next step toward a Healthier More Active Life" screen choose "Sign in with Google", I Continue as myself, Had to Allow location Permission, then it seemed to work. I had to re-connect with my Luxe and right now it's "synching". Not sure how long this will take but it's better than crashing, hope this info helps!
