Hi there, @June23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're still having issues pairing your Luxe despite the steps you've done so far. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, please visit fitbit.com/devices to verify that your phone is compatible with the Fitbit app.

Additionally, may I know if this Fitbit Luxe is the first Fitbit device you own? If you have had another Fitbit device prior, was it link to your J5? If this describes your issue, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your old Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.

Hope this does the trick, let me know how it goes.
