I received my Fitbit Luxe today and have set it up successfully. I am able to get call and text message notifications but haven’t been able to to get WhatsApp notifications which I was able to with my Fitbit Inspire2. Is there a way to set this up?

Hi there, @alisonsimm @Nieto97. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi. Were you able to get this fixed? I got mine yesterday aa well and am trying to figure out the WhatsApp notifications

Yes, it took a bit of searching, but if you click on your profile picture in the top of your screen and then on your device (the luxe) then click notifications, near the bottom is App notifications if you open that up and page to the bottom you can just switch on WhatsApp and any other notifications on the list that you want. It’s working fine now.

Hi there,
I have been having issue's with receiving WhatsApp notifications on my Luxe since day one, at first they worked, then they randomly stopped, I followed every trouble shooting advice I could find, even got a new iphone (I was due an upgrade anyway). The WhatsApp app was initially showing in the App Notifications on my Luxe dashboard but were still not filtering through to my Luxe, I followed the trouble shooting again on my new iphone and the WhatsApp app is now not even appearing on the list of Apps to choose from on the dashboard where I can select which apps I receive notifications form!!! I have even got a friend to send me a WhatsApp msg, rebooted my phone, refreshed, synced it and still not luck! Loosing the will to live!!
Can anyone help before I throw it out the window!
