I’m going around in circles. Luxe never worked properly. Customer service not helped. Search return under warranty and just go around in circles. I want to return for repair/ replacement. Come on Fitbit!

Hi @Kadiaem customer service is always the first place to go. If you purchased it directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to return for a refund. If purchased from a local retailer, they may have a different time frame for returns. If your device has a problem, then it is possibly a warranty issue and customer support needs to help you resolve it. There is no repair for these devices. Replacement is only for those devices that customer service feels there is no other solution and they were purchased from an authorized retailer. So, what's going on? If you got with support, they are the only ones who can help. We're the community forum and we can't help with refunds, returns or warranty issues.
