I have a new Luxe and have been wearing this to bed. Sadly my watch isn’t showing a sleep score. I checked the app and I can’t see any basic sleep data such as sleep stages. I also can’t see any data for things like Breathing Rate, HRV or Skin Temperature. However, I do have SpO2 data.
I’m on the premium trial and the Advanced Sleep Analytics doesn’t open and shows a blank screen with a wheel, like many others have reported.
I’ve checked the other threads and tried the fixed suggested such as restarting the app, syncing, already on the latest version etc. Not
quite sure what else to do next.
