It shows my birthdate and the next button never becomes active. I have tried to change the date but still nothing. Can you please help me with this?

Hi there, @LittleBeach. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're still not able to setup AFib notifications on your Luxe despite checking all settings already. I'll be glad to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if there's any other setting/option within the Fitbit app that is doing the same whenever you try accessing it?

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

  1. Force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Try setting up the AFib notifications once again.

In addition, please make sure that your Fitbit device is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

I am having trouble with this function also. When I tap the "set up" button for Irregular rhythm notifications, the screen goes to a solid gray, not showing anything at all. I cannot go back using the fitbit arrow at the top or by swiping left. I have to close the app and reopen it.

I have tried the suggestions listed above, but still have the same problem.
