Can't set up Facebook Messenger notifications on my Luxe

Hey guys, I hope you can help me. Just got a fitbit luxe for Christmas and I’m trying to set up the notifications in the app, but the setting for Facebook messenger doesn’t show. I can see other apps such as Facebook, and I receive notifications from Facebook and Discord, but I can’t make FB messenger appear. Anyone who can help? Can’t find other people with the Luxe model who has the same issue

Hi there, @PernilleL. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the notifications. 

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a message on Facebook Messenger, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Facebook Messenger is already an option to be selected. 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
