Can't set up WhatsApp notifications on my Luxe

ANSWERED

Notifications have stopped coming through on my Luxe from WhatsApp. I’ve hard reset my Luxe, forgotten and repaired it (which worked last time). Checked notifications are set to on in both WhatsApp and Fitbit, checked Bluetooth settings to make sure “share system notifications” is on (it is). WhatsApp still isn’t showing in the list of apps I can get notifications from in my Fitbit settings in the app. What am I missing? I’ve also broken text notifications and call notifications in doing the above. So frustrating!!!

Hi there, @Katieboo123456. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot set up WhatsApp notifications on your Luxe. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that since you're setting up WhatsApp notification, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as an option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
