Can't set up my Luxe

Hi luxe community,

My luxe keep sending an error in the middle of setting up.

Do any of you know what's the going on?

Let me help you with your Luxe that is not setting up.  Thank you for the screenshot provided.

Hello!

I did the same steps. It stops everytime at the same spot.
