Remove this. Not written right. I was very sleepy at time I was trying to
get my fit bit back up and working. I am still having a problem
reinstalling my fit bit lux. Need help if I could ask? Thanks. God Bless

Hello @Mrs_scoyy I assume that you have an android based phone. Are you following these steps to setup your Luxe.
If you haven't removed the Luxe from the phones Bluetooth, please do so now.
May we also know at what step of setup the failure occurs and if you get any error messages?
Also check this list for troubleshooting.
I would also go into the phones settings, apps, fitbit, storage, and clear the cache.
